The 11th Floor restaurant is located in Bedfordview, in the Nicol Corner building. Our street address is 28 Bradford Road, Bedfordview, 2007.

Simply drive into the basement parking lot of the Nicol Corner building on 28 Bradford Road, Bedfordview. Parking is available on levels 1 – 3 and is free of charge, safe and secure. Once you’ve entered the building, make use of the lifts and proceed to level 11.

Most certainly! Kindly provide us with your contact number and email address or alternatively email us on reservations@the11thfloor.co.za with your booking information. Kindly include the date, time and guest count as well as any special requirements to make your day as perfect as you envisioned it.

You are welcome to bring your little one’s along, The 11th Floor is a family venue, however unfortunately we do not have facilities for small children (0 – 3 years).

Most certainly! At The 11th Floor we do allow our guests to bring their own cakes with a cakeage fee of R350, if you do however want more options, we provide cakes for sale as well.

Unfortunately, we do not allow external alcohol on our premises, however we do have a wide variety of alcoholic drinks to choose from to suite your needs.

While we are open to all, we do not allow pets with the exception of service animals. We value hygiene and consider the comfort of all of our guests.

To maintain the upscale ambiance that our patrons have come to love and expect, we kindly request your adherence to our Smart Casual Attire Dress Code when visiting our esteemed venue. We believe that our dress code is a vital aspect of the overall experience at The 11th Floor, allowing guests to feel comfortable, confident, and stylish as they indulge in an evening of luxury and refinement. Please be informed that our Right of Admission is reserved. The 11th Floor management reserves the right to deny entry to anyone not adhering to our dress code or displaying inappropriate behaviour. Our priority is to maintain a sophisticated atmosphere and ensure the enjoyment of all our guests.

Unfortunately, we do not allow any décor at The 11th Floor, including balloons and floral arrangements.

We do not allow any professional photographers at our venue, unless you have hired out the venue for an exclusive event. You are welcome photograph your event using your own phone for those memorable moments. However, please do keep other guests in mind whilst you do so, as we want to make sure that everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Most definitely, we allow events during the week only from a Monday to Thursday. Please feel free to email us on reservations@the11thfloor.co.za with your request and specifications and we will contact you to plan your special event.
